Structure & Construction:
The structural frame work shall be all welded type to comprise of the bottom frame, overall framework, internal external cladding with insulation & other peripherals, sloping self draining roof.

Shell
Made of finest quality steel and properly welded shell are fabricated in a style that makes its placement lifting and placing during the transportation extremely hassle free. Shell comprises of base frame, peripheral structure, self-draining roof, one entry door and 03 nos. of windows.

Base Frame, Side and End Walls
We use best quality pressed mild steel channel to produce base frame of shall . The “I” beam of main structural element of shall is 125mm X 75 mm and the size of cross member Of “C” channel section of shall is 100 mm X 50mm.

Properly developed pressed section with adequate profiles/pillars with sustainable capacity are used to create side and end frame of shall. Specially corrugated steel of 1.6mm thickness is used to made the exterior wall of shall and 9mm particle is used to in interior walls. Before using we subject steel sheets for rigorous corrosion resistant checking. Panels shall be vertically corrugated. Sheets shall be continuously welded to top side and base structure so as to offer better strength to weight ratio. All gaps will be sealed at edges and at seam, bottom etc to prevent ingress of moisture.

Flooring Systems, Roof & Paint:
18 mm thick best quality marine plywood is used at the bottom frame. We use self-tapping screw to fix it. PVC Vinyl flooring shall be fixed on the plywood sheet.

Required expertise used in the roof making to make it properly cambered for draining of rainwater. We use 9mm particle completely insulated board to create interior paneling. The thickness of M.S. Sheet is 1.6mm which used to made self-draining type of roof.

Red oxide primer for Bunk House & chlorinated Rubber for final 2 coats.

Insulation & Inner Paneling:
We take extra precaution while insulating the wall and frame of shall. We use 50 mm thick Glass wool Insulation shall be used for walls and 75 mm thick insulation material to be provided for roof.

Developing an interior landscape which is designed tastefully we take all the measures to satisfy the client preference by blending best quality material with high quality craftsmanship. All vertically and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminum sections. The Paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 9 mm thick decorative laminated board.
